How to Use This Template

  1. Pick 10 existing articles with impressions, rankings, backlinks, or business value.
  2. Add each article to the 10-Article Refresh Tracker.
  3. Score each article using the Refresh Priority Formula.
  4. Run the AI Funding Article Refresh Audit Prompt.
  5. Complete the Funding Claim Review, CTA Audit, and Internal-Link Map.
  6. Decide whether each article should be refreshed, merged, redirected, noindexed, or left alone.
  7. Track the changes and review results after 30–90 days.

Refresh Priority Scoring Formula

Use a 1–5 score for each factor.

Refresh Priority Score = Impressions + Ranking Opportunity + CTA Value + Content Risk + Strategic Fit
